Willamette Egg Farms is looking for a second shift Sanitation Supervisor.  This position supervises all activities of the Sanitation employees at the Canby plant, including all areas of the manufacturing plant, oversee pest control, program, chemical and equipment safety and training, and manages chemical use and inventory.  Must be capable of performing the duties of direct reports as needed to ensure cleanliness of plant and equipment. 
 
Skills needed include knowledge of the principles of effective cleaning of Food Manufacturing Equipment, and creation and modification of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures to accurately reflect tasks and ensure they are effective at properly cleaning all types of equipment/areas of the plant, using the seven steps of effective sanitation as a guide. 
 
The ideal candidate is team oriented, able to function reliably with minimal supervision; goal oriented, and prepared to continuously improve the operation by bringing new ideas to the Production and Quality Teams.  The Willamette team works closely together to ensure the highest quality product and the safety of our employees.
  
HACCP certification, SQF experience, and knowledge of the new FSMA laws are very important to this position.  Bilingual in English/Spanish will be a big contribution to this position. 
 
Experience required: Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in education and experience.  Must have experience in the field of Food Sanitation in a supervisory capacity.
