Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to one week before Supplier Night will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 cancellation fee (as a nonprofit organization, OSIFT cannot afford to absorb the Eventbrite fees).
No refund for cancellations made within 1 week of FIX*.
*Inclement weather: vendors not able to show up due to inclement weather and subsequent travel blocks (i.e. grounded planes) will receive their registration fee back minus a $50 processing fee.
"No Shows" receive no refund.
