Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 30 days of original registration will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made up to one week before FIX* will be refunded the registration fee minus a $35 cancellation fee.
No refund for cancellations made within 1 week of FIX*.
Inclement weather: vendors not able to show up due to inclement weather and subsequent travel blocks (i.e. grounded planes) will receive their registration fee back minus a $50 processing fee.
"No Shows" receive no refund.
