OSIFT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SECTION SUPPLIERS NIGHTS
A table top is a standard six-foot table, draping is provided.
The exhibit consists of all tables arranged side-by-side in rows with suitable aisles between the rows as needed for traffic flow. Oregon Section IFT provides exhibitor standard identifications signs. Exhibit company must contract for a minimum of 1 table.
Permitted at table top displays
We appreciate your understanding that it is impossible for us to account for everything proactively and support if we need to make some judgement calls on the day of the show. We will do our best to remain flexible and accommodate individual needs, but facilitating an overall sense of community is the goal.
By registering for Suppliers' Night, the exhibitor agrees to conform to the rules of the exhibition.
The IFT, Regional Sections and its agents and employees assume no risk, and by the acceptance of this agreement the exhibitor expressly releases them of and from any and all liability for damage, injury or loss to any person or goods, from any cause whatsoever.
Oregon Section IFT assumes no responsibility for liability of exhibit materials shipped to hotel location.

- Educational sales literature;
- Samples of ingredients, additives, or food products;
- Sales premiums, souvenirs, handouts, etc. and
- Instruments and/or equipment (if they can be self-supporting and set on the table).
- Solicitation, interviews, distribution of literature, etc. outside the confines of the exhibitor's individual table top area.
- Lights
- 8 feet or under
- No-double sided displays are allowed
- Must not extend beyond the confines of the exhibitor's individual table top area (including lights!).
- Suppliers Night staff reserve the right to reject any display for any reason. Be respectful to your neighbors and there should be no issue!
