TREE TOP, WOODBURN, OREGON
RECEIVING FORKLIFT DRIVER
 
SUMMARY:
Responsible for proper staging and product movement in all areas of receiving as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.  Reports to Warehouse Supervisor. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top  Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.
 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
  1. Maximize all phases of receiving while maintaining Tree Top quality standards and G.M.P.'s in the absence of Warehouse Supervisor.
  2. Receives incoming truck, verifying COA and approved supplier.
  3. Inspect containers for any damage or potential
    quality concerns
  4. Creates labels
  5. Provides accurate counts manifests
  6. Verifies physical receipts against Tree Top set-out
    document and Americold pick sheet
  7. Stages product, supplies, and ingredients for production.
  8. Verifies items, lots, and quantities of items set-out from Americold or shipped into the Tree Top Inc. facility.
  9. Maintains receiving, warehouse, and cold room areas in clean and orderly condition.
  10. Maintains good working relationships with other areas production.
  11. Maintains a Clean, Safe Work Area:
          Sweep floors and remove debris
          Keep work area clean and rinse when necessary
          Follow proper cleaning procedures
          Follow proper handling procedures when working with chemicals
          Follow- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Master Sanitation Schedules
          Maintains area of responsibility to meet GMP standard
 
 
 
Minimum Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
 
Education and/or Experience
High School Degree or GED Equivalent
OR 2 years experience in Food Production/Manufacturing
 
Language Skills      
      
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.  Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
 
 
Mathematical Skills
 
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
 
 
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
NA
 
Technological Requirement
6 month data entering experience
 
Other Skills and Abilities
One year experience driving a forklift
Proven attention to detail
Legible writing
Reliable attendance

Certified forklift driver by tree Top Inc.
