Quality Control Supervisor -- Second Shift
SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities concerned with Quality Control standards of company product(s) by performing the following duties personally or through Quality Control Technicians.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in supervisory roles.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Ability to complete QA reports. Ability to communicate with QA techs and Production supervisors. Ability to read, speak and write English. Bilingual skills preferred.
Ability to add and subtract in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals as they relate to time, weights and measures.
REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply critical thinking skills to carry out written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES and REGISTRATIONS:Better Process School preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Salary: QC Supervisor is a Bracket 1 position beginning at $16.08 per hour. Salary increases when training is completed and candidate moves to Second Shift.
