Expertise Areas we are Recruiting:

• Confectionery: Develop and enhance sweet delights, focusing on flavor, texture, and quality to meet
• consumer satisfaction and safety standards.
• Proteins: Work with a variety of protein sources to create and improve product formulations that
• meet nutritional values and market trends.
• Beverages: Innovate in the beverage sector by developing new drinks and enhancing existing ones to
• ensure they are refreshing, healthy, and appealing.
• Meat Products: Apply your knowledge in meat processing to advance our range of high-quality
• meat products, focusing on taste, texture, and safety.
• Pet Products: Create nutritious and delicious solutions for pet food, aligning with the latest health
• standards and pet dietary needs.
• Supplements: Formulate dietary supplements that support health and wellness with scientifically
• proven benefits and superior quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development projects for clients, including sourcing ingredients, creating and validating formulations on bench, participating in and guiding cuttings with clients, and making recommendations for scale-up processing.
• Generate ingredient statements, nutrition facts panels, and allergen reports.
• Model costs for products in development & communicate with clients about how their choices impact cost outcomes.
• Prepare for and execute benchtop production runs according to client needs.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities simultaneously to deliver good outcomes to all of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field, plus at least 2
• years of food R&D experience.
• Proven experience in food product development, particularly in one or more of the specified areas.
• Experience bringing products to market with a track record of retention.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently as well and get the projects completed on time.
