$20/hour Schedule: Full-time, Sunday – Thursday, occasionally working off-site This position requires use of one’s own vehicle to travel to various company sites and local locations. About the job We are looking for a Food Safety Documentation Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for document oversight relative to scope of local, state, and federal compliance. These may include regulatory requirements from Oregon Health Authority, the Oregon Department of Agriculture, the US Food and Drug Administration (FSMA, Sanitary Transportation Rule), and the US Department of Agriculture. In this position you will oversee the continuous improvement of our systems for food safety and the documentation of all processes and plans.
