Do you feel overwhelmed by the thought of implementing a food safety program at your company? Do the words ‘SQF’, ‘FSMA’, and ‘third party audit’ keep you up at night? Are you feeling understaffed and overstressed? If so, we can help! This workshop will teach you a valuable implementation method that will help you create a food safety program at your company. We will teach you how to form a food safety team, set a timeline and prioritize, train your employees, and implement only as many tasks as your capacity can absorb.
